If you have signed a maintenance contract with us, including the 24-hour service, you can call our 24-hour service free of charge.
If you do not have a maintenance contract or 24-hour service with us, we can still help you, but you will be charged extra costs to use this service.
When a malfunction is notified, we will first of all contact the customer or manager by telephone to try to rectify the malfunction or to try to determine the exact cause of the malfunction.
If it is not possible to rectify the malfunction by telephone, we employ our own service technicians to resolve the malfunction on location.
Please note this form will not be sent to our 24-hour service.
If you require an urgent intervention you must call our 24-hour number 0800 92 180 as stated above in the “urgent intervention” section explained.
An intervention is only possible after having received a written confirmation in which you agree with our rates.
